My aim was to be a teacher and researcher as well. The journey of my life was too difficult to write.  For instance, I got a chance to admit to MBBS in public medical college but I did not do so. Though that situated shocked me very much, I tried to revive myself. I determined to continue my academic study until the completion of the Ph.D. program. To do so I faced incredible obstacles through my expedition. Also, my beloved parents passed away unexpectedly in two months, I could not serve them appropriately. I always kept in touch with the academic world for my dream. Different achievements in research, awards and accomplishment of my decided academic degrees result in me the confidence to achieve my aim.

Education makes a man complete certainly.  I also recognized the statement provided by the UN ¢Obtaining a quality education is a foundation for creating sustainable development. In addition to improving quality of life, access to inclusive education can help equip locals with the tools required to develop innovative solutions to the world’s greatest problems¢Generally, an educational institute is a place where students are educated with a specific goal. It is full of joy, curiosity, hope, knowledge, and constant change. As a student life is the seed-time of a man’s life, this time must be utilized to acquire and applying knowledge

Usually, from an educational institute guardian’s expectations are good results with moral values and social etiquettes as well as manners including physical and mental safety. Likewise, student’s expectations are updated curriculum, proficient teachers, well-facilitated infrastructure, engagement with co-curriculum and extracurricular activities, authentic and transparent.
The qualifications a good teacher may be excellency of Expert communication skills; Superior listening skills; Deep knowledge and passion for their subject matter; Friendliness and approachability; Excellent preparation and organization skills; Strong work ethic; Community-building skills.
As a Principal of a School and College, most of the challenges that caught my attention, in the beginning, were the quality of education and integration in management. I realized how quality education to be improved as well as the management of this institute will be sounded.
By regarding qualified teachers, good management, adequate infrastructure, I have developed a VISION 2020 for a successful teaching and learning institute. I have employed some experiments for a month's trial. Apparently, I am successful in getting feedback from students and teachers as well.
Furthermore, major challenges like misuse of power and resources, nepotism, sociocultural, economic structure, political context, inadequate teaching-learning materials appropriate training-workshop should be considered for an expected educational environment.
